Come and receive a multi layered session where over the course of 4 hours we will cover all of your bases-we’ll start with an herbal and nutritional intake and pulse diagnosis in which you will receive full herbal and dietary protocols uniquely tailored to you. Then we will dive into your subtle body using ancient energetic practices for deep soul level attunement, and finally we will end with nourishing integrative massage techniques. These sessions are designed to be deep dives where we follow the mysterious lengths and depths of your personal healing process to its completion within a set container.

Using pulse diagnosis from Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda we are able to ascertain the elemental constitution that makes up your physical body-and find out how to best support your body to come into harmony with its natural state of wellbeing. Lymphatic Breast Massage Session
Lymphatic Breast Massage is a bodywork modality in which the global breast tissue is palpated for areas of density and the lymphatic tissue is moved towards lymph nodes and ducts allowing areas of density to oftentimes reduce over time. I believe this to be a necessary aspect of self care for every woman-and teach it so that you can carry it forward into your self care practices. This is a deeply therapeutic practice that can be used as a prevention tool for breast cancer. In this session we use special herbal oils to help with lymph drainage and edema. You also receive a beautifully designed instruction manual.

Womb Care Session
In these sessions I will teach you how to track your menstrual cycle using the FAM method for conception and for birth control-as well as cyclical living dietary, herbal, and lifestyle choices so you can best nourish yourself no matter which phase of your cycle you are in. You will also get to experience a Yoni steam, and a Mayan Womb massage and alignment check-where we gently move your uterus back into a central location if it is out of place. You will also receive a beautifully designed instruction manual and cycle tracking paperwork for your future use.

What types of bodywork & energy work do I offer during single sessions?
Energy Modalities:
Accupressure, Reiki, Pranic Energy Healing, & CranioSacral
I am trained in these energetic modalities and use them to establish where the quantity and quality of your life force energy (chi, or prana) is currently at and to remove any blockages in the flow of vital energy that can be found and released while also shoring up your reserves and re-establishing vital connections for future health and growth.
The ancients believed that life force energy was the driving factor behind our vitality and that all disease could be linked to energetic kinks in our meridians that are blocking the natural flow of cosmic energy within and around us.
Panic energy healing, reiki, acupressure, and to some extent CranioSacral work can all be used to even out this flow-creating nervous system regulation, ease, grace, and gentle relaxation that can, sometimes immediately, and sometimes over time, lead to healing of the subtle body which in turn feeds and sustains our mental and emotional health as well as our physical bodies.

Working with the physical body to unwind and restore the flexibility and tonicity of your soft tissues can be incredibly therapeutic. I have foundations in deep tissue, Swedish, Shiatsu, and Reflexology.

Abdominal work and visceral manipulation in which digestive issues are addressed through gentle touch following the flow of the digestive tract.
Womb realignment in which the uterus is gently moved back into a central location in the body freeing up blood flow and often easing female reproductive symptoms.
