During these treatments I cater to the need of the client by blending all of the styles and practices that I have learned through the journey of my studies. I incorporate deep tissue massage, structural work, stretching, focus on lymphatic support, intuitive acupressure, Crainosacral therapy, guided imagery, lymphatic breast massage, digestive abdominal massage, and/or reproductive supportive abdominal massage.

This treatment is based entirely on your comfort level and can be catered to your needs in the the moment.

Acupressure is a gentle interaction with the tissues & energetic body. Based on the principles of the Five Element theory in Traditional Chinese Medicine, this treatment is created based on client concern paired with the background knowledge of elemental theory to create a treatment plan that is suited to your needs.

Points are then accessed that lie along “meridians” which are energy channels that in TCM are suggested to hold chi (vital energy&life force) & blood. The points are accessed using incredibly light and intentional touch for about a minute a piece or longer if intuitively felt.

Specific combinations of points aka formulas are used to alleviate varying conditions within the body. These range from anything emotional to deeply physical.

You can think of this modality as acupuncture but without the needles!

It can be very relaxing, gently heart opening and almost hypnotic in a way.

This is a great option for those who are just getting introduced to bodywork, as it is a clothes on and face up treatment, very gentle and non invasive. It is also very powerful especially when done consecutively.

This treatment offers a holistic and mindful way to receive work on the pelvic floor. It can benefit any woman at any time of her cycle especially those who are postpartum, and those who are having any issues with sexual sensitivity. During this treatment I incorporate myofascial pelvic release externally and internally depending on how comfortable the client is. This treatment can be catered to the comfort of the client in that we can always work up to internal work.

This is an alternative to traditional pelvic floor work that integrates the mind and body as one vessel that knows and remembers all of the experiences that it has carried in this life and in the lives of the lineage that came before us.

The abdomen is where all of our most vital organs reside, and it is important to offer this area the attention that it deserves during bodywork sessions. This allows for optimal function of these organs and can release any stagnation that may exist there. Abdominal work also assists with the support of digestion, circulation, and proper reproductive function.

The womb alignment portion of this treatment includes gentle visceral manipulation techniques as well as a little bit of education.

We will find the placement of your womb in your body together from the top of your pubic bone. I will teach you how to distinguish your womb tissue from other soft tissues in the area. Based on the positioning of your womb inside of your pelvic bowl, I will then determine whether or not it would be beneficial to adjust the positioning of your womb back to the center of your pelvic bowl.

This adjustment can result in an increase in fluid flow, release of muscle tension within the pelvic bowl, optimal functioning of reproductive organs, a feeling of energetic centering, and so much more.

The breast tissue is some of the most neglected tissue on the body, and yet some of the most important tissue to maintain and to normalize. This treatment will not only be beneficial for the woman receiving, but will also be an education opportunity for her to learn how to massage her own breast tissue and check for fibrous tissue and cystic/abnormal activity.

We will be working with the breast tissue to enhance the flow of the lymph vessels to the surrounding lymph nodes, breaking up fibrous tissue, and supporting the overall breast heath.

Optional Gua Sha may be incorporated in this treatment for additional opening of the upper channels.

Born out of the wisdom of John Upledger, Crianosacral therapy works with with the superficial layer of the body’s’ tissue, also known as the fascial layer, and gives the body the opportunity to release in ways that are often very subtle, but can snowball into powerful shifts in consciousness or even physicality over time. 

This is a clothes on, face up modality that uses light touch to secure a safe space within the fascial tissue and facilitate gentle release that can compound within the body outside of the area that is being touched creating powerful and long lasting results.

One of the most sacred times to receive (and give!) human touch, bridging the gap between worlds, our purpose as women is illumined during the time when we are gestating.

Prenatal work is beneficial anytime after the first trimester, and is performed using side lying techniques for optimal coziness while momma is gestating. This treatment uses gentle pressure to restore and replenish the vitality of mom before baby comes earth side.

Postpartum techniques are gauged by how newly postpartum momma is, and what the birth was like. This treatment often includes visceral techniques that help support in the restoration of the abdominal cavity, assisting in the process of bringing everything back where it belongs within the abdomen. For Nnewly postpartum mamas, lots of gentle lymph love is included as well! Baby is welcome the be apart of this experience in whatever capacity is necessary!
