My Story

Much like you, my healing journey started underground-in the depths of disconnection and despair that come with being buried in outdated cultural conditioning.

I lost sight of myself. I became so identified with gaining love and validation from others (because of my deeply held belief that I was not worthy) that I literally made myself sick. The cycles of shame, self-hatred, blame, resentment and codependency manifested for me first as addictive behaviors and then as an autoimmune condition. I was desperate for healing.

I became a seeker-trying everything and anything to “fix” what I thought to be irrevocably broken (myself). This dark night of the soul led me to many beautiful traditional forms of healing that didn’t always work for me. There would be improvement-but not full catharsis. Why? Because I was still operating from a place of deep self loathing.

It wasn’t until I discovered the truth: that I am not in any way broken. That my illness was a symptom of my larger belief that I was unworthy. And that the anti-dote lies in the curative powers of authentic self love that I finally began to heal.

It is my wholehearted desire to help you uncover this truth for yourself.

I am here to support you in the unwinding & revealing of who you always were underneath all of your conditioning.
