An Intimate Women’s Cyclical Living Gathering

AT THE GARDEN HOUSE IN BEAR LAKE, MICHIGAN

Held by Gabrielle Díona and Cierra Dunn of Inner Rhythms Body Wisdom. We are both here to educate, support, and unite women through the challenges and joys of all of life’s cycles.

This container is all about the cyclical nature of women and how to hold yourself gently and devotionally through each phase of your menstrual cycle - and each phase of your life. It will be fully catered with appropriate foods for each phase, there will be rich teachings on how to attend to your body in each phase through self bodywork techniques, luscious embodiment practices to help you tune into your inner needs and resources, and a decadent amount of time and spaciousness to rest and receive the tender loving care of two practitioners who are deeply honoring of feminine wisdom.

A Women’s Summer Solstice Immersion

AT THE CRYSTAL LAKE LODGE IN BENZONIA, MICHIGAN

Our intention in the creation of coalesce is to offer a space in which you are fully empowered to receive.

To receive the gifts of community, nourishing food, movement, stillness, silence, self expression, the space to shed tears, to receive whatever it is that you need during this time that is sacred for you in a container that holds it all and will not ask of you anything in return except to just be fully you.

We’ll stay together on 3 acres of beautiful land nestled on the shore of a pristine lake, provide you with organic, locally sourced meals prepared each day, and be fully present together in working with the spirit of plants, elemental rituals, moving meditation, connection to the goddess, in-depth embodiment practice, sacred witnessing, gentle touch, explorations of fear, love, and the essence of divinity within duality.
